◆ HOW SIDERA WORKS
SIDERA applies VGPIM, the Veritas analytical methodology, in a four-step cycle. Software helps us collect and organize. Operational intelligence leaders fuse it with what’s happening on the ground, make the judgments and own them.
STEP 01 · Collect
Government travel advisories, open-source reporting, public datasets and Veritas field reporting, each logged with its origin and terms of use.
STEP 02 · Assess VGPIM
Intelligence fusion desks, organized by theater and topic, led by practitioners from operational intelligence. They apply VGPIM to turn information into judgments, with alternative explanations considered.
STEP 03 · Review
Every key judgment is signed off by a Veritas operational intelligence lead before release.
