◆ What Clients Will Receive

01
Key Judgments First
Every product opens with the bottom line: what we assess, how likely it is, and how confident we are.
02
Flash Alerts
Short notes when something material changes in a country where you operate: what happened, what it means, and what to watch next.
03
Country Assessments
Deeper analysis of the places and issues that affect your people and operations, each with a review-by date.
04
Consistent Language
Likelihood words tied to fixed probability ranges, with confidence stated separately, so “likely” means the same thing in every report.
05
Sources You Can Weigh
Each assessment summarizes the types of sources behind it and how reliable they are. Identities stay protected.
06
A Track Record
Forecasts are logged and checked against what actually happened. Clients will see that record as it builds.

◆ How the Circus Works

The Circus applies VGPIM, the Veritas analytical methodology, in a four-step cycle. Software helps us collect and organize information. Analysts make the judgments and sign them off.

STEP 01
Collect
Government travel advisories, open-source reporting, public datasets and Veritas field reporting, each logged with its origin and terms of use.
STEP 02
Assess
Analyst desks organized by theater and topic apply VGPIM to turn information into judgments, with alternative explanations considered.
PROPRIETARY
STEP 03
Review
A Veritas analyst reviews and approves every assessment before release. Nothing goes out unreviewed.
STEP 04
Deliver and Check
Reports and alerts go to clients first, followed by a secure client portal. Every forecast is checked against the outcome.

◆ Our Standard on Claims

You will not find accuracy scores or forecasting promises on this page. When we publish performance figures, they will come from our own track record, and we will explain how they were measured.

The Circus will open to a small number of clients first. Tell us about your operating environment and the countries you need covered, and we will contact you as access opens.
